FROM VISION TO MOTION
For Derrick JaKolby Washington, the goal was to create a cohesive visual narrative across multiple touchpoints, capturing not just individual moments, but the consistency of his message and presence over time.

Discovery & Alignment
We worked closely with Derrick to understand the intention behind each engagement, whether it was a reading, an affirmations session, or a keynote address. This allowed us to approach each project with clarity while maintaining a unified visual direction.

Story-Driven Production
Across three separate engagements, we produced four videos capturing: a book reading at an elementary school, a Teacher Appreciation Day reading at a daycare, an affirmations session with children, and a keynote address at JC Nalle Elementary School. Each moment was filmed with intention, balancing structured coverage with authentic, unscripted interactions to preserve the genuine energy of the space.

Editing & Narrative Build
In post-production, each video was shaped to feel grounded, warm, and emotionally resonant. We focused on pacing, sound, and visual continuity to ensure every piece felt connected while still honoring the uniqueness of each environment. The storytelling allowed moments of reflection, joy, and connection to lead, creating an experience that feels both personal and impactful.

Launch & Amplification
The final videos were optimized for digital use, providing Derrick with versatile content that supports ongoing engagement across platforms, speaking opportunities, and community outreach. Each piece contributes to a larger visual ecosystem, reinforcing his mission and extending his message beyond the room.
